WILD RICE SAUSAGE SKILLET

Ingredients: 
1 pk TURKEY KIELBASA (SLICED)
1 c COARSELY CHOPPED ONION
1 APPLE PARTIALLY PEELED, DICED
1 T OIL
1 cn SAUERKRAUT RINSED AND DRAINED (14.5OZ)
3 c cooked Ramy Wild Rice
1 t CARAWAY SEED
1 t DRIED DILLWEED
1 c SWISS CHEESE (SHREDDED)
Instructions: 

In skillet over medium-high heat, toss sliced sausage with onion, apple and oil.  Stir-fry about 5 minutes.  Stir in kraut, Ramy wild rice and seasonings and heat; top with swiss cheese.  Makes 8 servings.

Per serving: 240 calories; 10.5g fat (4.2g saturated fat; 39% calories from fat); 21.8g carbohydrates; 48mg cholesterol; 832 mg sodium; 16.2g protein; 3.3g fiber.
