WILD RICE AND HAMBURGER BAKE

Ingredients: 
1 lb LEAN GROUND BEEF
3 RIB CELERY (SLICED)
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
1⁄2 lb SLICED FRESH MUSHROOMS
1 GREEN PEPPER CHOPPED
1 T OIL TO SAUTE VEGETABLES
1 1⁄2 c UNCOOKED RAMY WILD RICE
4 c chicken broth
Instructions: 

Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet and saute until very lightly browned. Drain. Transfer the meat to a 3qt shallow casserole. In the same skillet, saute vegetables until slightly soft (about 3 min) Combine the sauted vegetables with the beef, wild rice and broth in the casserole, stir well. Bake, covered, at 350deg for 1.5 hours, stirring once or twice. Uncover during the last 15 minutes to finish.
