WILD RICE AND CINNAMON PUDDING

Ingredients: 
3⁄4 c raisins (GOLDEN OR DARK)
1⁄2 c MAPLE SYRUP
2 EGGS
1⁄2 t CINNAMON
1⁄4 t NUTMEG
1 t VANILLA
2 c COOKED WILD RICE
2 c HOT HALF AND HALF
1 CINNAMON SUGAR (FOR TOPPING)
Instructions: 

Preheat oven to 350deg. Combine all ingredients and turn into a 1-1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Bake one hour or until pudding is set.  Serve warm or chilled.
