RED PEPPER VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients: 
1⁄8 c Dijon-style mustard
3 T white wine vinegar
1 t salt
1⁄2 t ground black pepper
1⁄4 t crushed red pepper flakes
3⁄4 c olive oil or sunflower oil
Instructions: 

Put mustard, vinegar, salt, black and red pepper into bowl. Whisk in the oil to make a smooth, thickened dressing.
